Elizabeth Olsen joins Robert De Niro, Cillian Murphay and Sigourney Weaver in Red Lights

After the mega-duo, that was Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, stole hearts and made bank back in the 90’s, who would have thought that it would be their younger, less known sister Elizabeth Olsen who is getting all the good indie projects years later? Well, the younger Olsen has just been cast in the upcoming film from Rodrigo Cortes (BURIED) called RED LIGHTS. She will star alongside a veteran cast that includes: Robert De Niro, Sigourney Weaver and Cillian Murphy in this psychological thriller. According to Olsen, here is what the film entails:
Robert plays a world renowned psychic and Sigourney is a psychology professor, and I play her student. Cillian Murphy is my love interest, though that’s not a huge part of the story.
Vague on plot but you do get the gist of it. The film is currently in pre-production so filming should start soon I predict we see this sometime 2012 after it’s made the festival circuit.
