Olivia Wilde joins Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman in The Change-Up

Olivia Wilde has come a long way since her brief stint on ‘The O.C.”. She’s managed to assemble quite an impressive resume of future projects, most notably nabbing the female lead in the upcoming COWBOYS AND ALIENS with Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford and this fall’s TRON: LEGACY. Today she goes the comedy route and has landed the female lead in the comedy THE CHANGE-UP. She’ll be starring alongside Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman in the body-switch movie where a straight-laced family man switches bodies with a carefree man-child. David Dobkin (WEDDING CRASHERS) will be directing the comedy.
I’ve become quite the fan of the lovely Ms. Olivia Wilde and I haven’t seen one episode of ‘House M.D.”. As for THE CHANGE-UP, body-swap movies are one of those genres that have to be recycled every few years, but I thought we were going to take a break from that with 17 AGAIN. But Reynolds and Bateman together should be a good time.
