Rachel McAdams to join Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone in new Cameron Crowe film

Director Cameron Crowe has an excellent record of finding terrific actors and making solid films, and in the case of ALMOST FAMOUS and JERRY MAGUIRE, great films. Mr. Crowe’s next untitled project just added Rachel McAdams to the mix. She will be joining a couple of Hollywoods current young superstars in Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone. McAdams can most recently be seen in Terrence Malick’s highly anticipated film TO THE WONDER, opening in select theaters this week. Apparently McAdams part didn’t get left on the cutting room floor like so many of Malick’s actors tend to do.
Plot details on the project from Sony Pictures are still somewhat vague but speculation is Rachel McAdams will play an old love interest to Bradley Cooper. As well as directing, Crowe also wrote the film that is said to be a mix of comedy and drama (much like nearly all his films). The untitled project is currently scheduled to start production in October. (The Playlist)
