Ryan Reynolds set to star in Queen Of The Night from director Atom Egoyan

Ryan Reynolds hasn’t been in the news a lot lately, but apparently he’s still chugging along and picking up roles as it’s been revealed he will be starring in QUEEN OF THE NIGHT for director Atom Egoyan. QUEEN OF THE NIGHT follows a father (Ryan Reynolds) of a young girl who is abducted but eight years later he starts getting clues that convince him that his daughter might still be alive. So obviously he goes in search for her. It sounds similar to things we’ve seen before, but I’m sure there will be something somewhat new in there so we’ll just have to wait and see. Shooting is set to start February 2013 in Ontario.
Ryan Reynolds can next be seen in THE CROODS and R.I.P.D which are both set to open sometime next year. If we’re lucky then we’ll get to see Ryan Reynolds in that DEADPOOL spin-off that has been in talks for some time. Am I the only one who thought he was a good Deadpool? (IndieWire)
