The Social Network and Inception are winners according to the Florida Film Critic's Circle

Critic’s choice awards are coming in left and right to give their opinions on the top films of 2010, and today we find out that the Florida Film Critic’s Circle (FFCC) has chosen THE SOCIAL NETWORK as their Best Picture of the year. THE SOCIAL NETWORK also took top honors in the Best Director (David Fincher) and Best Adapted Screenplay (Aaron Sorkin) categories, but INCEPTION led the way in total awards with four, that included: Best Original Screenplay (Christopher Nolan), Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects and finally Best Art Direction/Production Design.

The FFCC chose Natalie Portman as Best Actress for BLACK SWAN, Colin Firth for Best Actor in THE KING’S SPEECH and THE FIGHTER took both of the Best Supporting categories with winners Christian Bale and Melissa Leo. Jennifer Lawrence won the Pauline Kael Breakout Award for her performance in WINTER’S BONE while the Best Documentary went to THE TILLMAN STORY, I AM LOVE won the Best Foreign Language Film and Best Animated Film went to TOY STORY 3.
