Tom Cruise hangs on for dear life on this IMAX poster for Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

I am glad to see that another MISSION IMPOSSIBLE film is coming out. The first one was brilliant but the others never quite measured up. They weren’t terrible by any means, I just don’t think they came out as well. It’s normal for the sequels to a film to never be as great as the first. But I do believe that MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PROTOCOL will be one that might actually rival the first film.
The cast is one of the best elements the film has going for it. Throwing someone like Jeremy Renner into the mix will definitely add some excitement. Another cool thing is that director of THE INCREDIBLES, Brad Bird is the helmer on this one. It will be interesting to see him transition from animation to big budget action franchise.
This new IMAX poster for the film could certainly put someone on edge. Anyone afraid of heights might have a little trouble looking at this thing. Cruise is hanging on to this skyscraper with this desperate look on his face. Honestly, it kind of freaks me out. He’ll make it though, he’s Ethan Hunt.
